본 발명은 서열번호 6 또는 서열번호 10으로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 단백질에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 인간 유래의 단백질인 서열번호 6 또는 서열번호 10으로 기재되는 아미노산 서열로 구성된 펩타이드를 이용하여, 제1 목적 단백질 및 제2 목적 단백질의 결합체를 형성할 수 있고, 상기 서열번호 6 또는 서열번호 10으로 기재되는 아미노산 서열로 구성된 펩타이드를 이용한 결합은 항원-항체 반응으로 결합하여 특이적이고, 이황화 결합을 포함하여 견고한 결합을 형성할 수 있으므로 제1 목적 단백질 및 제2 목적 단백질의 결합체를 형성하는 데에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
