Super-resolution diffuse optical tomography using structured illumination패턴을 가진 조명을 이용한 높은 분해능의 산란광 단층 영상의 복원 방법

This paper proposes a novel concept of super-resolution diffuse optical tomographic imaging using structured illumination. The mathematical theory behind the significant resolution improvement is derived based on Fourier-Laplace formulation of diffuse optical imaging for intrinsic absorption contrast as well as extrinsic contrast using fluorophore. We reconstruct target image from the measured scattered flux with structured illumination. The simulation and experiment result with scattering medium verify the performance of this algorithm. The correlation coefficients between original targets and reconstructed images are increased about 1.5 times than a conventional method.
