부패방지경영시스템 도입전략 및 사례연구(The) implementation strategy and case study on the anti-bribery management system
최근 국내외 반부패 규제가 강화되는 추세와 더불어 국내외 기업들의 비윤리적 경영행태에 대한 제재 등으로 윤리경영의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 부패방지 경영시스템(2016) 모형을 이용해 기업의 성공적인 윤리경영을 이끌고 있는 지멘스의 사례를 분석하고 국내 기업들에게 지속가능한 윤리경영을 실천하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 효과적인 컴플라이언스 시스템을 도입하기 위하여 요구되는 사항을 도입 계획단계에서 실행, 평가, 개선 단계까지 단계별 주요 항목을 분석한다.
