Fabrication of high performance PbS-colloidal quantum dot solar cell by two-step post annealing treatment이종 열처리 방법을 이용한 고효율 양자점 태양전지 제작

We have suggested two types of annealing process for high performance of PbS colloidal quantum dot solar cell. We achieved 10.18 % power conversion efficiency (PCE) from 7.23 % by two types of annealing process. Also, we examined the mechanism of Voc, Jsc, FF enhancement briefly using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The movement of hydrogen and oxygen contained inside of the film and outside in the air is an important issue of solid-state ligand exchange process, especially hydrogen is a key factor for the quantum dot surface passivation.
