채널 추정 방법이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 채널 추정 방법은 기지국이 단말기로 제1 파일럿 빔을 전송하는 단계와, 상기 단말기로부터 상기 제1 파일럿 빔에 기초한 제2 파일럿 빔을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 기지국이 상기 제2 파일럿 빔에 기초하여 기지국측 채널 정보를 추정하는 단계와, 상기 기지국이 상기 기지국측 채널 정보에 기초하여 제1 빔포머를 설계하는 단계를 포함한다.
