Stress Analysis of Rollable OLED Display Considering Boundary Conditions Based on Finite Element Method

A new methodology for analyzing stress in rollable organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is presented by using theoretical modeling and nonlinear finite clement analysis (FEA). Complex boundary conditions on the rollable display by the display apparatus components arc reflected in the modeling and the simulation. The effects of various parameters. such as the friction and spring constant, on the stress of the brittle electrode in the rollable display are also analyzed.
