본 발명은 본 발명은 CFC 증후군(cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome, CFC 신드롬)의 치료 및 증상 완화 효과를 가지는 신규 물질의 골아세포 분화 촉진 및 약제학적 조성물로서의 용도에 대한 것으로서, 본 발명의 비타민 유도체는, CFC 환자 유래 유도 만능 줄기세포로부터 골아세포로의 분화 촉진 효과를 가지며, 골형성 촉진을 통한 CFC 신드롬 환자의 발달저해를 완화함으로써 CFC 증후군에 대한 치료 및 증상의 개선 효과를 가진다.
