본 발명은 양친성 계면활성제를 포함하는 박리액으로 흑연을 박리하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 양친성 계면활성제는 이온성 작용기를 포함하는 다환방향족 화합물인 그래핀의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 그래핀에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게, 두께가 얇고 면적이 넓은 그래핀을 대량으로 용이하게 제조할 수 있으며, 제조된 그래핀은 우수한 분산안정성을 가지는 그래핀의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 그래핀에 관한 것이다.
