산소선택투과성막의제조방법MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OXYGEN SELECTIVE MEMBRANE
지지체로서 0.1미크론 이하의 다공성 폴리카르보네이트막위에 유기 규소 화합물로서 헥사메틸디실록산 단량체를 플라즈마 중합ㆍ증삭시키고, 이어서 증착된 헥사메틸디실록산 플라즈마 중합막을 열처리함으로써 산소에 대한 선택 투과 성능이 우수한 산소 부화막을 제조하는 방법에 제공된다.
