순환 표적물질 영상화 장치 및 영상 처리 방법Apparatus and method of processing image of targeting material for circulating cells
본 발명은 혈류 모방 순환 시스템과 공초점 현미경을 결합하여 순환하는 세포 표적물질의 영상화 장치를 구축하고, 표적물질이 순환 세포를 표적하는 양상을 실시간으로 영상화 및 정량화한다. 이를 통해 표적물질이 순환 세포를 표적하는 양상을 단일세포 분해능 수준의 영상화를 통해 분석하여 실제 혈류 내와 유사한 상황에서 분석할 수 있다.
