본 개시 내용의 구체예에 따르면, 상부 기판, 중간 기판 및 하부 기판의 결합(또는 접합)에 의하여 샘플 유체를 충진하고 이를 이용하여 소량의 바이오 물질을 검출하기 위한 공간을 포함하는 필름-기반 미세유체 디바이스(microfluidic device) 및 이를 이용한 바이오센서가 개시된다.
