3차원 굴절률 측정을 이용한 정자 세포 상태 분석 방법 및 장치가 제시된다. 3차원 굴절률 측정을 이용한 정자 세포 상태 분석 방법은 정자 세포의 3차원 굴절률 분포를 광학적으로 측정하는 단계; 측정된 상기 3차원 굴절률 분포를 이용하여 상기 정자 세포의 형상, 질량, 및 농도 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 물리량을 추출하는 단계; 및 상기 정자 세포의 추출된 상기 물리량을 분석하여 상기 정자 세포의 상태를 판별하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
