본 발명은 특정 서열 및 구조를 갖는 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 암 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 특정 서열과 나선형 굽힘 구조를 갖는 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 세포주에 처리하면 ISG56의 발현을 증가시키고 암 세포의 세포사멸을 유도하므로, 상기 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 조성물은 암 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
