3차원 굴절률 토모그램과 딥러닝을 이용한 비염색 비표지 세포 종류 구분 방법 및 장치가 제시된다. 3차원 굴절률 토모그램과 딥러닝을 이용한 비염색 비표지 세포 종류 구분 방법은 세포의 3차원 굴절률 분포를 광학적으로 측정하는 단계; 및 측정된 상기 3차원 굴절률 분포를 이용하여 딥러닝(deep learning) 알고리즘 또는 컨볼루셔널 신경망(convolutional neural network) 알고리즘을 적용하여 비염색 비표지로 상기 세포의 종류를 구분하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
