시즌 전 간헐적 복합훈련이 고등학교 축구선수의 신체조성, 유-무산소성 능력 및 혈액지표에 미치는 영향Effects of Preseason Intermittent Complex Training on Body Composition, Aerobic-Anaerobic Capacity, and Hematologic Parameters in
High School Soccer Players
The purpose of this study was to compare body composition, anaerobic capacity, and hematologic parameters after intermittent complex training in high school soccer players. The subjects were 15 high school soccer players(15.60±0.82 years, 171.93±5.65cm, 61.32±7.43kg). Clinical variables included body composition, anaerobic capacity, and hematologic parameters. Data were analyzed to compare between trials by paired sample t-test. As a results, There were significant differences in body weight(p<.001) and, muscle mass(p<.001) of body composition after four weeks. There were significant differences in shuttle run(p<.001) and, heart rate in rest(p<.05) of aerobic performance after four weeks. There were significant differences in lactate dehydrogenase(p<.001), creatine kinase(p<.001), All out Lactic acid(p<.001), and Red blood cell(p<.001) of hematologic parameters after four weeks. In summary, intermittent complex training for four weeks showed strong influences on body composition and hematologic parameters variables in high school soccer players.
