본 발명에 따른 집적형 박막 광기전력 소자는 트렌치들이 형성된 기판; 상기 트렌치 밑면의 일지점으로부터 상기 트렌치의 일측면 및 상기 트렌치와 이에 인접한 트렌치 사이의 기판 상에 연속되게 형성된 제1 외인성 다결정 반도체물질층; 및 상기 제1 외인성 다결정물질층과, 상기 트렌치들 사이의 영역에서는 전부 그리고 상기 트렌치들 내부에서는 일부만 겹치도록 형성된 제2 외인성 다결정 반도체물질층을 포함한다.
