본 발명은 내부 안테나 구조체를 제공한다. 상기 내부 안테나 구조체는 RF 전원에 연결되고 플라즈마 챔버에 삽입되는 안테나, 및 안테나의 둘레에 배치되는 절연 자켓을 포함하고, 안테나는 상기 플라즈마 챔버의 내부에 플라즈마를 형성하고, 안테나와 플라즈마는 축전기를 형성하고, 축전기의 단위 길이 당 정전용량은 상기 안테나의 길이 방향에 따라 변한다.
