본 발명은 전자기기에서 발생된 열을 외부로 방출시킴에 따라 전자기기를 냉각시키는 플랫형 열 분산기 및 그 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 판 형상의 수지 재질로 이루어진 몸체, 및 상기 몸체의 내부에 폐루프 형태의 중공이 지그재그 또는 스파이럴 형상으로 형성되는 채널을 제공한다.
