폴리올레핀계 트리아릴아민 고분자가 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 유기금속촉매를 이용한 중합법에 의해, 우수한 열적 안정성과 정공수송능력 및 유연성을 가지기 때문에 플렉시블 기판에 적용가능한 폴리올레핀계 트리아릴아민 고분자를 제공할 수 있으며, 이러한 고분자 물질을 이용하여 제조된 유기발광 다이오드와 태양전지 등의 전자소자는 높은 효율과 안정성을 가진다.
