| dc.description.abstract | 전압 제어 발진장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 전압 제어 발진장치는 입력 전압 신호에 따라 소정의 오실레이션 주파수를 가지는 발진 신호를 생성하는 발진부, 상기 발진 신호를 증폭하며, 정극성의 신호를 드레인 단자로 출력하는 제1 트랜지스터와 부극성의 신호를 드레인 단자로 출력하는 제2 트랜지스터를 가지는 차동 증폭부, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 소스 단자에 연결되며, 상기 정극성의 출력 신호를 감지하여 동작하는 제1 디제너레이션 트랜지스터, 그리고 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 소스 단자에 연결되며, 상기 부극성의 출력 신호를 감지하여 동작하는 제2 디제너레이션 트랜지스터를 포함한다. | - |
