콘트라스트와 시인성을 향상할 수 있도록, 본 발명은 베이스 및 상기 베이스의 일면에 상호 평행하게 배열된 복수의 그리드를 포함하되, 상기 그리드는 입사되는 빛의 일부는 반사하고 일부는 투과시키는 반투과 금속층과 중간층을 구비하고, 상기 반투과 금속층과 상기 중간층은 적어도 2회 교대로 적층되고, 상기 반투과 금속층은 외광에서 멀어지는 방향으로 갈수록 두께가 증가하는 편광자 및 그를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치를 제공한다.
