그래핀-PEDOT 복합필름 및 프리스탠딩 그래핀-PEDOT 복합필름 제조방법, 및 이에 의하여 제조된 그래핀-PEDOT 복합필름, 프리스탠딩 그래핀-PEDOT 복합필름이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀-PEDOT 복합필름 제조방법은 기판 상에 그래핀 산화물층을 적층시키는 단계; 상기 적층된 그래핀 산화물층을 환원시켜, 그래핀 층을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 그래핀 층 상에 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜)(PEDOT) 층을 적층시키는 단계를 포함하며, 본 발명에 따른 그래핀-PEDOT 복합 필름은 PEDOT 필름의 투과도를 유지하면서도 내부에 적층된 그래핀층에 의하여 개선된 전기적, 기계적, 표면 특성을 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명의 복합 필름 제조방법에 따라 나노미터 스케일의 프리스탠딩 형태 PEDOT 필름 제조가 가능하다.
