두 파장 레이저 간섭계를 이용한 길이 측정 장치Graphical length measuring apparatus using two-color interferometer
본 발명의 목적은 기하학적 길이를 측정함에 있어서 두 가지 파장의 레이저 광을 사용하는 간섭계를 이용하여 경제적이고 효율적으로 길이를 측정함과 동시에 오류를 최소화하여 정확도를 극대화할 수 있도록 하는, 두 파장 레이저 간섭계를 이용한 길이 측정 장치를 제공함에 있다.
