고효율 할로우 음극과 이를 적용한 음극 시스템Efficient Hollow cathode and power supply
본 발명은 고효율 할로우 음극와 이를 적용한 음극 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 두 개 이상의 내화 금속 파트로 구성되는 튜브; 상기 튜브의 끝단에 각각 형성되는 가스 공급부 및 가스 출구; 상기 튜브의 내부에 장착되는 인서트;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 두 개 이상의 물질을 이용하여 할로우 음극을 구성하여 열적 안정성, 수명 및 효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그에 따른 원가를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
