프로브 물질 및 흑연 나노입자를 함유하는 분자 비콘이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 흑연 나노입자 함유 분자 비콘은, 흑연 나노입자로부터의 우수한 소광 특성을 갖는다. 더 나아가, 나노입자에 의한 우수한 세포 주입 특성과, 뉴클리아제 효소작용에 대한 높은 안정성. 낮은 세포 독성 등의 장점을 가진다. 따라서, 살아 있는 세포 내에서의 바이오 물질 검출에 매우 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다.
