광중합 가능한 콜로이드 분산매를 이용한 광결정의 반구패턴화 및 다양한 모양의 광결정 제조방법Method for patterning of hemispherical photonic crystallines and fabrication of photonic crystals with various shapes using photocurable colloidal suspensions
본 발명은 광중합 가능한 콜로이드 분산매를 이용한 광결정의 반구 패턴화 및 다양한 모양의 광결정 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내부에 고농도의 콜로이드 입자를 함유하는 광중합 가능한 단량체 용액을 높은 접촉각을 이루는 친유성 표면에 규칙적으로 패턴화하여 경화시킴으로써 반구 형태의 광결정 패턴을 제조하거나, 콜로이드 용액을 미세관을 포함하는 다양한 형틀에 도입시킴으로써 다양한 모양의 광결정을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 분산매를 이용한 광결정은 반사형 화면표시장치의 화소를 비롯한 다양한 응용성을 갖는다.
