프레가발린의 신규한 제조 방법NOVEL METHOD FOR PREPARING PREGABALIN
본 발명은 경련성 질환, 통증 및 정신병적 장애의 예방 및 치료에 유용한 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 (S)-3-(아미노메틸)-5-메틸헥산산((S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid, 프레가발린)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. <화학식 1> 본 발명에 따르면 광학 이성질체를 분리 또는 정제하는 단계를 거치지 않고 99% 이상의 높은 광학이성질체 순도를 가지는 프레가발린을 제조할 수 있다. (S)-3-(아미노메틸)-5-메틸헥산산, 프레가발린
