Nanomaterials have been reported as promising materials in particular applications, such as sensors, drug delivery systems and optical devices. Over the recent decades, due to the molecular precision and program-mability, DNA has been used to generate nanostructures as biocompatible templates and spatial tools for the assembly of nanoscale building blocks. In this work, we report the Au nanoparticle-Carbon quantum dot con-jugates by DNA double helix with enhanced fluorescence properties, with easily synthesized carbon dot. The nanoassembly will be applicable to sensors with improved surface-enhanced raman scattering sensitivity. Also, we synthesized rigid three-dimensional tetrahedral DNA nanostructure with six different single strands by self-assembly, including aptamers and fluorophores attached at the edges for effective recognition abili-ties and delivery systems. Furthermore, We investigated single strand DNA(ssDNA) governed- morphology change of AgNP in seedless synthesis. More specifically we explored the effect of ssDNA as capping agent during AgNP synthesis-polyhomonucloetides such as polyA, polyT, polyD, & polyC. The presence of 20-mer oligo-A directed AgNPs growth into triangular nanoplates with different truncation extents, and oligo-T di-rected the sphere nanoparticles. Oligo-C and ?G appeared as rough nanoparticles.
