| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 주요 목적은 프로젝트 팀에 있어 팀 결속력(Team Cohesion) 및 팀-고객 유대(Team-Client Tie Strength)가 팀 성과(Team Performance)와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 연구하는 것이다. 더 나아가, 팀 결속력이 팀-고객 유대에 미치는 영향 또한 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 컨설팅 회사의 IT 프로젝트에 참여한 프로젝트 인원 중 팀장 급 이상을 대상으로 설문을 수행하는 방식으로 진행하였으며, PLS기법을 적용하여 연구 모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 도구로서는 SPSS 21 Version와 SmartPLS 2.0 M3를 사용하였다. 연구 분석 결과는 팀 결속력의 하위 구성 항목인 팀 자부심(Team Pride), 팀 업무 헌신도(Team Task Commitment), 팀 대인 매력도(Team Interpersonal Attraction)가 팀-고객 유대 및 팀 성과에 각각 다르게 작용하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 팀 결속력이 팀-고객 유대 관계에 영향을 미침을 밝힘에 따라 컨설팅 회사의 프로젝트 팀의 운영에 있어 시사점을 주고 있다. 팀-고객 유대가 팀 성과에 영향을 미치지 못한 점은 추후 수행되어야 할 연구 과제로 남아 있다. | - |
